Nabemono sunt mancaruri tipice de iarna si includ ishikare-nabe (in insula Hokkaido), continand somon, ceapa, varza chinezeasca, tofu, konnyaku (un jeleu realizat din sfecla de zahar) si shungiku (crizantema de primavara);
hoto (Yamanashi) cu udon de casa, daikon (ridichii albe), ninjin (morcovi), gobo (brusture), dovlecel, ceapa, varza chinezeasca si pui;
si chiri-nabe (Yamaguchi) continand carne de fugu (peste), varza chinezeasca, ciueprci, tofu si taitei de sfecla.
Popular printre preparatele rapide din carne si disponibil in targuri este oden-nabe, in stil Tokyo, ce contine cartofi, tofu, konnyaku, oua fierte, caracatita, morcovi, daikon, varec ( Suspect ) si o multime de alte ingrediente.

hmmm... :scratch: pare destul de bun...o combinatie potrivita pentru iarna. Am vazut mai demult pe un program culinar cum se pregatea asa ceva, si stiu ca e popular si in Korea si China... ma rog, ceva asemanator

wow...e foarte complex...are o gramada de ingrediente care nu se prea gasesc prin...orasul meu(at least)
